At Pioneer Printing our staff is prepared to give estimates on a wide variety of printing as well as to assist you in the preparation of your projects, such as paper choice, ink and type style selection, and finishing options.

We offer complete typesetting and page layout services as well as graphic design and project management. Our composition department utilizes both PC and Macintosh platforms running a variety of commercial layout programs to meet our customers demands.

Pioneer has developed the idea of a complete service printing company. We can control the process from conception to delivery of the finished product. Our printing department has available both letterpress and offset presses. Letterpress is best suited to finishing operations such as imprinting, perforating, numbering, scoring and die cutting. Our offset, or lithographic presses are selected to print the widest possible sheet size at the most economical cost. Our duplicators are ideal for small work such as letterheads, envelopes, business cards, small forms and labels. To increase our capacity we also use a two-color duplicator which makes those two-color runs economical to produce. Our larger single-color presses are ideally suited for producing work requiring greater ink coverage, for such projects as brochures, posters, booklets, large bookkeeping forms or longer runs of smaller work.

Our two-color 19î X 25î is excellent for two and four-color work. This press is ideal for brochures, newsletters, posters and booklets. The largest press we have is a 23î x 29î single-color, which is used for large solid coverage or for doubled up work. 

To accompany the pressroom our prepress department employs complete darkroom, stripping and platemaking facilities.

Our full service bindery operations include;  folding, collating, finish trim, padding, stapling, round cornering, drilling, packaging, boxing and delivery. 

Other specialized services such as blind embossing, foil stamping and book binding are also available. Pioneer offers additional services as well. Rubber stamps and notary/corporate seals are made in house daily. Legal forms, stationery/office supplies, and gifts are all awaiting you in what we feel is one of Vancouverís best stocked stores.
